About Me
Bill Raine brings more than 30 years of staffing industry experience, beginning his career with Robert Half International before managing a staffing firm in Des Moines for 10 years. In 2013, he founded Raine Recruiting, a successful manufacturing and light industrial staffing firm, and relied on ESSG to handle his back-office operations until selling the company in 2024. Today, Bill serves as a Business Consultant for ESSG, using his firsthand experience as both a staffing business owner and ESSG client to help staffing firms streamline operations and support growth. Outside of work, Bill and his wife, Cathy, enjoy traveling and spending time with their 11 grandchildren.
